How credits work
What is a credit?
Credits measure the work a run does: reading the plans, the layout and its checks, building the sheets or the model. All the users of the company use the same credits.
The cost is shown before the run
Before any run starts, the screen shows how many credits it will take. The run is charged what it actually used, so the final number can be a little above or below the estimate.
Monthly credits
Each plan gives its credits at the start of every billing month. Credits not used by the end of the month expire, and the next month brings a new allowance.
Extra credits
Need more in a month? Buy packs of 1,000 credits at your plan's price. Extra credits never expire and are used after the month's plan credits.
Change or cancel at any time
An upgrade adds the extra credits at once and charges the difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
Billing and tax
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, adds VAT or sales tax where it applies, and issues the invoices.
